Attendance Projections
Attendance projections are听estimates of student average daily attendance听by program or instructional setting. The听Texas Education Agency develops these projections听and provides them听to the听Texas Legislature by March 1 of each odd-numbered year. The legislature then uses these projections听to determine the cost of public education for the next biennium. The finalized numbers are used听for the legislative payment estimates (identified as LPE)听found听in the Summary of Finances state aid reports.
