Welcome to our dedicated page for the State Approved Provider List (SAPL). SAPL aims to streamline access to approved providers, empowering Local Education Agencies (LEAs) to make informed decisions when selecting a partner for state-funded programs. Providers are vetted by the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û2023 program initiative staff.
LASO Cycle 3 Approved Provider List
State Approved Provider Application only includes Strong Foundations Implementation (SFI) School Improvement (SI) Pathway and Instructional Leadership (IL) Pathway within LASO Cycle 3:

Strong Foundations Implementation (SFI)
School Improvement (SI) Pathway
±Ê³Ü°ù±è´Ç²õ±ðÌý
Strong Foundations Implementation (SFI) will be the LASO Cycle 3 grant option for curriculum and instruction support for School Improvement (SI) campuses implementing Texas OER. SFI Approved Providers (APs) are required to agree to additional assurances to be eligible to support SFI at Title 1 and Federally Identified campuses and/or F-rated campuses.Â
The Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û2023 will also be including a new grant option in LASO Cycle 3 for Title 1 and Federally Identified campuses in SFI. The SFI SI PLC Supports Grant will provide additional grant funds to LEAs for technical assistance for Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to support high-fidelity implementation of the Texas open education resource (OER) instructional materials. SFI APs are required to agree to additional assurances to be eligible to support the SFI SI PLC Supports Grant.Â
